01 / WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

77Insights, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42178348, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. For questions, email contact@77insights.com.

02 / WHICH INFORMATION DO WE RECEIVE?

When you complete the form, we receive your company name, optional role, business question, name, work email address and optional phone number. Do not send passwords, customer files or other sensitive information.

03 / WHY DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an introductory call and make a proposal when you request one. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement. For security and required administration, we rely on legitimate interests and legal obligations.

04 / WHO MAY PROCESS THE INFORMATION?

Framer hosts the website and processes form submissions for us. TransIP provides our business email. We do not sell your information. Service providers may only process information for their agreed task. If processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, suitable safeguards must be in place.

05 / WEBSITE STATISTICS

We use built-in Framer Analytics to view general visitor and pageview counts. According to Framer, this feature does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and the statistics cannot be traced back to a person. We currently do not use advertising trackers on the website.

06 / HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?

If no project starts, we delete an enquiry no later than six months after the last contact. If a project does start, we keep the necessary project and invoice information for as long as needed for delivery and legal administration. We keep the basic tax records for seven years.

07 / YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask which personal data we hold about you. You can also request correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, or object to processing. Email contact@77insights.com. You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

08 / SECURITY AND CHANGES

The website uses a secure connection. We limit access to enquiries to what is needed for follow-up. If our process or service providers change, we update this statement. Last updated on 1 October 2026.
